MoKan Title Services LLC was founded on March 4, 1999, by Attorneys Richard L. Martin, Steven M. Leigh, Berry F. Laws III and Thomas J. Fritzlen, Jr. specifically for foreclosure needs. Since its formation, MoKan has expanded its services to include all aspects of Real Estate transactions. Using their legal experience, our agents are able to anticipate and fulfill all of your title needs. We understand the title concerns that face legal professionals because we handle those same concerns on a day-to-day basis.
