MoKan Title Services LLC was founded on March 4, 1999, by Attorneys Richard L. Martin, Steven M. Leigh, Berry F. Laws III and Thomas J. Fritzlen, Jr. specifically for foreclosure needs. Since its formation, MoKan has expanded its services to include all aspects of Real Estate transactions. Richard L. Martin has practiced law since his admission to the Missouri Bar in 1975. He is a 1975 graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of the Board of Editors for the Syracuse Law Review. Mr. Martin specializes in the management and handling of transactional and litigation matters for a variety of clients. He has substantial experience in the areas of foreclosure law, creditor's rights, banking, savings and loan, real estate, employment, title insurance, environmental law and railroad law. Mr. Martin is a member of the Missouri Bankers Association Attorney's Committee.

Steven M. Leigh became a member of the Missouri Bar in 1978, immediately after graduating from the University of Wyoming Law School, where he was a Senior Editor of its law review, the Land and Water Law Review. Mr. Leigh is principally involved in the handling of major transactional matters involving commercial real estate and loans secured by commercial real estate, loan workouts and restructuring, and major litigation in the areas of banking, bankruptcy, employment law, civil RICO, title insurance law and business commercial law.

Mr. Laws is a 1980 graduate of the University of Wyoming Law School where he was the Wyoming Division Editor of the Land and Water Law Review. He has practiced law since his 1980 admission to the Missouri Bar. Mr. Laws is principally involved in the handling of commercial litigation, foreclosure law and banking law, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, real estate law, real estate workouts and restructures, probate, title insurance law, personal injury and general business and commercial law.

Thomas J. Fritzlen, Jr. is a 1987 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he was a member of the Board of Advocates and served as President of the Student Bar Association. He has practiced law since his admission to the Bar in 1987, and is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri, the United States Claims Court, the United States District Courts for the Western District of Missouri and for the District of Kansas, and the Eighth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal. Mr. Fritzlen has substantial experience in general civil and complex litigation, involving personal injury, fidelity and surety law, construction, real estate, and commercial transactions and has substantial experience in business and commercial transactions.

Amy Wilson is the manager of MoKan Title and was instrumental in the formation of the company. She is a 1997 graduate of National College University with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.

| Greg Trammell is the Title Operations Manager for MoKan Title, LLC. Mr. Trammell is a 1991 graduate of Mid America Nazarene University where he earned a B.A in Business Administration with a minor in Christian Education. He has been in the title insurance industry since graduating. He is a licensed Title Agent in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado and Minnesota. His primary focus has been on residential real estate title research with some work in commercial real estate as well.
